Hi there! I'm Chay (32) on the lookout for room to rent in a shared house or flat. I'm aiming to move in mid-June and would love to find a welcoming home.

I have a budget of £400 PCM, which includes all bills and council tax. I can be flexible with the budget if the property is worth it, so please get in touch even if the rent is slightly higher.
