Beautiful and fully furnished double bedroom available from 5th August with a park view, large wardrobe and in a wonderful location next to the River Erme in Ivybridge. There is a shared living room, dining room, bathroom, downstairs toilet, utility room, and kitchen. White goods include washing machine, fridge freezer, double oven, dryer, and dish washer. There is off street parking. We are close to local amenities with Ivybridge town centre and leisure centre a 3-minute stroll along the river. Plymouth, with Derriford Hospital, its universities, and many shops and services is a 15-minute drive along the A38. Christel is a primary teacher and will be living in full time, Chris will be away during the week. You will also be sharing with a friendly female lodger who is a teaching assistant, and our black and white cat Baloo. All bills are included. There is Virgin super fast broadband.
