Double bedroom in large 2-bed flat with garden

The flat is the ground floor of a Victorian terrace house. It has a really nice feel to it (in my biased opinion), and the conservatory / garden are blissful in summer. It is really large for a 2-bed: the shared areas consist of a living room, a bathroom, a good sized kitchen, a large conservatory and a garden. There is parking on the driveway. There unfortunately isn't space for a bike in the house, but I use Cyclehoop which have quite a few spots nearby.

We will split the gas & electric bill (your share will be around £55/,month), but all other bills (council tax, WiFi, TV license, water) are included in the rent.

About me:

I'm 34, female, working about 50% of the time from home.

I'm clean & tidy but not obsessive about it.

I am a fairly social person, and would hope that we'd want to spend some of our time in the flat together in a social way (e. g. sometimes cooking together, sharing a glass of wine or a tea or watching a film). Although I also often need to just retreat to my room for a quiet evening after a busy day at work.

What I'm looking for:

I'm an almost lifelong vegetarian and am looking for a vegetarian / vegan flatmate. I'm not judge-y about people's choices, but I'm just not sure I could share a fridge or pans with a meateater after this many years.

I have a dog but she doesn't live with me. She will be here occasionally, though, so it's essential you're a dog-lover (she's very friendly and already knows that she wants you to be her new BFF). Unfortunately having a dog also means I can't have a housemate with a pet of their own.

I'm looking for a female flatmate. Must be at least queer-friendly.

I'm ideally looking for someone to move in by the middle of June, but I'm open to considering a later move in date. 3-6 months preferred, but I can be flexible on the length.
