Flexible short term let, June, tooting, big room

Hi everyone, I have a FLEXIBLE SHORT TERM LET AVAILABLE, 27th May to 29th June. No reference checks required.

Double room with storage, huge house, Tooting Broadway, South West London, SW17 9JJ. 3 minutes to Tooting train station and 10 minutes to Tooting Broadway tube station.

Looking to sublet out my double room (which has a wardrobe and additional storage) as I’m moving to my new place also in Tooting. It’s available from May 29th until June 29th near Tooting Broadway for £900, inc bills. Or the room can be used for a couple of weeks for £400.

The room comes with primary use of the office room, and I’ll be taking my desk from there. It’s a great flexible space and an inflatable double air mattress fits, if you wanted somewhere for friends to stay over. (I have one that I can loan you)

The house has a garden, a large kitchen, living room, dinning area. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.
It’s sharing with 2 female housemates, but one of them is away a lot and the other is a Aussie sublet who’s been here a few weeks and has moved from west Sydney- she’s open to meeting new people!

I’ll be in my new place which is also in tooting so if you need anything I’d be close by!!
