Looking to rent out ASAP a large and stylish master bedroom in a very spacious 3-bedroom flat in St Patrick Square, Edinburgh.

As background, I'm Brazilian/Lebanese, 32, with a PhD in clean energy and climate change from the University of Edinburgh. I am letting out a master bedroom in my flat.

The room is available from May 10th until July 31st 2024. I have provided photos of the entire place with captions for your reference!

The flat is well-equipped and is Victorian-style with classic furniture and is very centrally located. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings in the bedroom itself and in the hallway, and is situated a minute's walk away from the University of Edinburgh's George Square or 3min walk to Old Town. The room has its own office space, couches and TV (including Netflix/Amazon/Disney/Spotify subscriptions).

Another two double bedrooms in the flat are occupied by a male PhD student (27) and female MSc student (24).
