The flat is located in a quiet area of dennistoun, it's a 2 minute walk to the train station and various bus links to get you into town or around the area or a 20 minute walk into the centre of Glasgow. A Lidl and Aldi are both a 5-10 minute walk away good for a weekly shop on a budget.
The flat itself is a spacious quiet flat on the 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and connected living room/kitchen.

I'm leaving to move away for work so I need someone to replace me asap. The current tenant is a 27 yr old male that hybrid works from home and office 5 days a week and is happy with anyone taking my spot.
