Double Room in beautiful West End Flat

We are looking for a flatmate as one of our pals is moving out of our flat.

This has been a boys only flat for the last few years and seems the most sense to keep it that way.

We are two normal, easy going young professionals. Both of us are quite busy but catch a football match/a couple of beers when we have the chance.

Somebody who is into sport is probably best, but generally most important is that you’re fairly laid back and will keep the place tidy.
