Bright and Beautiful Room for NS Vegetarian/Vegan

The Room - 1

We are looking for a new lodger for a beautiful room on the first floor of our end-of-terrace house on a quiet, tree-lined street in New Cross Gate.

The room has a double bed (with two sets of bedlinen provided), a chest-of-drawers, a breakfast bar, two lovely and very comfortable new armchairs with cushions, a coffee table, a table with 'office'-style chair and a bookcase. It is situated at the front of a bright and attractively decorated house which catches the rising sun in the morning.

The room has fast broadband and this, together with all other bills, is included in the rent. We are a friendly and approachable mature straight couple with many interests.

Ours is a vegan household, and we are looking for a non-smoking vegetarian or vegan to live in our room for a minimum of one year. The house is approx 10 minutes walk from New Cross Gate Station, and other railway stations are nearby. The area is also well served by a number of buses and is around 12 minutes walking distance from Goldsmiths College.

We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate meat- or fish-eaters. We are also unable to accommodate couples, children or pets. Please contact us to view the room from Monday 20.5.24. The room is available from 1.6.24.

The rent is £600 per calendar month. There will be an additional charge if the person occupying the room works at home (up to three days per week). This will cover the additional cost to ourselves of heating/cooling, lighting and broadband.
