2 Fully furnished Double Bedrooms. In a fully furnished flat. All bills are included.

We have 2 rooms available in a 2 bedroom, centrally located flat in Elgin.

Both rooms will be rented separately and only occupied by one person per room. The kitchen, living room and shower room will be communal areas shared between the 2 occupants.

The flat is completely furnished throughout. Think of it as being kitted out as an airbnb.

All garden maintenance (large outdoor lawn area ideal for sitting out during the day/evening) is fully covered by the landlord.

This flat share is ideal for professionals (either working together, or as 2 separate parties) who will maintain clean and tidy accommodation. Any guest visiting for a short duration will need to be agreed with the other occupant and shall stay no longer than a period of two consecutive nights.
