Hello,

We have a double bedroom available in West Worthing. 15 minutes to railway station, 2 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes walk into town from 28th June in our 4 bedroom house. Parking on street easy.

The room has recently been redecorated, the carpet cleaned and is a beautiful and quiet room overlooking our gorgeous back garden.

You will also benefit from a brand new bed and mattress.

All female friendly and supportive owner occupied household with a dog called Odie who is a rescue and somewhat anxious of strangers. Bribery with biscuits normally works wonders and helps him make new friends who will find him to be a very sweet boy.

Two bathrooms, large kitchen diner, garage space for bikes and beautiful gardens front and back. We have two other kind, friendly and intelligent hard working lodgers.

One months notice on leaving required.
