Hello,

I am seeking something self contained (private and not shared in any way). I am aware spareroom is predominantly for shares, however I do know self contained places come up from time to time. This is what I need.

I work freelance (director/writer), I drive and am tea-total, non smoking/drugs etc. A quite and tidy individual with no dependants, wanting somewhere private and uninterrupted.

I am verified on openrent, so all checks cleared. I've not done the same here as its 10x the cost (unfairly so). I am also dbs checked and cleared (no criminal record).

Ideally longer term is sought, however I may consider shorter term options. Landlord reference readily available along with a neighbours reference if required. I work freelance so I cannot provide an employers reference, however my credentials can be googled for verification.

My apologies that I cannot reply to all messages that come to me, I get a considerable amount of general mailshots that are not applicable to me. Many messages get buried and I run out of time to reply to everyone.

Please also note that when someone 'saves' an advert, the landlord gets notification that the person wants to rent/veiw. Usually, this isn't the case, and they just save it to read through more thoroughly later on. It's just a tactic Spareroom uses to generate activity.

If you have something you. think is suitable, please provide the needed basic details as best you can - costs (rent, deposit, including or excluding bills), approximate location, and the position of the abode (eg. Attached to owners house, in the garden, on its own land etc).
