Looking for room to rent

I am a female student studying my second year in psychology at DMU and looking for a double room in a shared house with housemates close to my age (other students or working).

I am up for socialising (nights in or out) but I also enjoy some alone time. I have shared a flat before so I am familiar with the environment. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others living in the house.

I have a 1 year old mixed breed dog (cockapoo sized), Pippa, who is very sociable and loving once she knows you. She is housetrained and well-behaved. She adores other dogs and currently lives with a cat and a turtle so is able to live with other animals.

I do have a car so would like parking with the property or somewhere nearby.

My budget is £500 with bills included or £400-£450 if bills are not included.
