I’m a home-owner myself so you can be assured that I’ll respect the property. Since I’ve had my own lodgers in the past via SpareRoom, I know what to expect. I’m tidy, respectful and prefer to lodge with live-in landlords/one other person (I'd consider a house-share if it's the right one for me).
I’m calm, positive and considerate. I work from home 9-5 so a desk etc. would be needed. I can be social when we cross paths, but also read people well, so I know when to give someone space :)
