Friendly guy looking to establish a house-share

Hello!!

My name is Richard, I’m a youthful 41 year old guy looking for a nice room and environment in or close to Perth.

I had been living in Australia and New Zealand for 15 years and recently returned to Perth. I currently share nice apartment in Perth but i am looking for a bit more space and also a garage/shed space if possible as i have a motorbike and i also have a creative project which needs a workbench or similar. (i'm not looking to make mess or noise)

I am friendly, social, helpful and experienced sharing with others. I am interested in establishing a house with someone similar who wants to create a nice living space as there are some good options around.

I have a creative job, I volunteer for a youth charity in Perth, i like to cook, keep a clean and tidy space where people feel welcome and enjoy sharing the odd meal/drink/coffee with housemates. If you like the sound of a nice house with some space around please feel free to touch base.
