Young professional seeking a room

Hi 🌞 I am a 23 year old, who identifies as non-binary, but I’m rather femme presenting so calling me she/they is no issue. I do have ADHD so a fairly chill situation with cool people would be ideal. I can be disorganised but I’m working on it, and I’m tidy & like to make a house a home. I love to read, especially philosophical works like Carl Jung/Kafka/existential crisis (I joke I joke). I play keys, guitar and sing, however I am not particularly outrageous with my amps ;) I am a huge cinema nerd, and love an indie gig haha. I am moving from the deep countryside of West Sussex, so I’m keen to be located in BN1, easy walk the beach is the dream. I’d also appreciate a bath to soak in after my yoga practice, however I understand this could be a stretch. I am outgoing and fun at times, however I do need my space after a long day, so I hope that’s okay (any fellow introverts around?)
I’ll be doing various jobs but mainly teaching piano lessons. I want to live with chill, good people, who understand the world and the systems in place, and are just trying to find a way to live a good life despite this :) I’m all love, and dislike confrontation with a passion, so no one too aggressive sorry x
Please please message me any room you have, cheap as possible! So excited to finally be amongst some more musicians and creatives. Hoping to move in August but earlier would be okay 🌞
I do have a cat called Casper so somewhere with an outside or terrace/balcony would be ideal. He CAN stay here if you really can’t take pets but he’s super friendly and funny.
