Professional male looking for room/buddy up

Hi all I'm Aiden, a mature and older headed male aged 24. I am looking for a house share or apartment share or to buddy up with someone.

I work on the frontline for the ambulance service and also am training in other areas of the emergency services. I do work occasional shifts but also work Monday-Friday a lot of the time so I wouldn't always be in the flat/house as a typical Monday-Friday working guy.

Even when I have my days off I would be spending time catching up with friends and family so would never always be at home 24/7. Equally I know everyone doesn't work shifts so I'd be happy to share with any working professional.

I am a very tidy, clean individual who doesn't like mess so someone with good cleanliness standards would be ideal.

A bit about me, I am a gay male so I am looking for a flat/housemate who is also of the LGBT+ community but equally someone who is accepting would be good. I’m a friendly and outgoing person who enjoys going out occasionally, but equally happy to sit in and watch a film, cook food and just relax etc. I'd also respectful of others space and privacy.

I also enjoy cooking and enjoying other peoples cooking too. I'm into watching football and other sports as well as keeping fit and healthy i. e. going to the gym when I'm not in work and going on adventure days out doing something fun just as much as spending my days off at home infront of the telly or just having a chilled day relaxing doing not so much.

I’m looking for a housemate but equally not just a housemate who you say hello and goodbye too in passing, it would be good to form a friendship to be able to spend time together at home i. e. cook food, relax and watch TV or go out for drinks or food together or even with either of our friends or do fun things as housemates but equally respect each others space if you wanted time alone.
