Professional seeking a single or double room

I'm 26 years old and just moved to Cardiff, making this my first time in the UK. And I've recently started a new job as an Assistant Civil Engineer.
I consider myself friendly, easy to get along with and I always clean up after myself. I believe in open communication and working together to create a comfortable living environment.
In terms of my schedule, I typically work 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest from home.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and TV shows, listening to music (headphones are a must, no worries!), food, outdoor activities, and hitting the gym (about 3 times a week).
