Looking For Double Room In Guildford Area

hi! i'm looking for a double furnished room in the guildford area from OCTOBER 2024, for at least a year's tenancy (need flexibility as i may need to extend), with all bills included, as well as council tax. i will be a newly registered nurse working at RSCH in guildford, and looking for housemates who are also professionals. i am a quiet, clean, tidy and respectful person who also enjoys socialising, going to the gym, music, and travelling, and would love housemates who share these values. ideally i would like to live in a non-smoking household, and do not mind if there are pets. i have a partner (who will NOT be living with me) but I would greatly appreciate somebody who allows them to visit the house from time-to-time. available parking is also very important to me as i will be commuting often (on-street or driveway). please do not hesitate to contact me if you have something you think would be suitable for me!
