House share, Flat, Annexe, pets allowed

Somewhere suitable and safe for my outdoor cat
A quiet house where I am able to sleep away from busy roads.
Need a friendly, fun , mature buddy who has similar interests to me. I am into Holistic Therapies, Crystals, Reiki and other. My landlord, buddy will need patience with settling in a difficult cat. He is lovely but will have to be kept in till he settles and allowed out. A garden would be nice and parking.
