Friendly postgraduate student

Hi☺️I’m a postgraduate student looking for a place close to the uni of Manchester campus. Move in date - start/middle of September, my budget is 650-700pcm including bills, but I’m willing to pay more if I like the location and if the room has a desk/space for one!
I prefer to live with 3-4 max people, not a big sharing house, ideally share a flat with a girl!
A bit about me - I’m Bulgarian and I’m very friendly and open to making new friendships! I’m a clean person, focused on my studies (I’ll be starting my PhD so I can’t afford partying all the time) but in my free time I like socializing so I hope we could have respect each other but also have fun!🤩I also loooove animals, so in case if you have a dog/cat the chance I’d want to live with you will get much higher!
