Looking for 3 bedroom property for 3 tentants

Hi, I'm looking to find a 3 or 4 bedroom property which has rooms to individually rent out as shared accommodation to 3 of us, plus skmewhere for my son to stay when visiting. I'm a 35 male and there is a 20yr old male and a 50yr old female. We are all responsible clean and respectable adults despite suffering from health issues that prevent us from working. But because of this, we would claim housing benefit via universal credit. I know this would usually put you off but because we claim it and with privately renting properties, the DWP would be able to pay the rent directly to yourselves so it guarantees rent being paid. Depending on the area we would be entitled to £160 a week each so each month you would receive just under £2100 a month. And for your own security, if you dealt with all bills etc in that price. We would make stress free and reliable tenants.
About us. I'm originally from the area and have recently moved back to be around my family, and the other 2, would love to have a fresh start here as they think it's beautiful. The 3 of us together would ensure your home is kept cleN and tidy, and be respectful to people around the neighbourhood. I would be grateful if you'd consider this proposal as it's hard finding places on our own and we all would live to make a better future in a home which would help our health. We can all provide references from current landlords and possibly be able to provide deposit through help from council.
