A double room in Oxford City (OX1, OX3, or OX4)

Room in OX1, OX2, OX3 or OX4

I'm looking for a room in a house / flat preferably for as long as possible with a live out / easy going landlord.

I have a bike, so, as long as there's somewhere secure / hidden to put it, that should be fine. Also have a small fridge (half the size of a tall fridge). Other than that as long the utilities / heating (+ washer / dryer) are up to scratch and everything works, I'm happy. Dishwasher would be lovely. :)

In terms of people, I'm very easy going and can get along with almost everyone. Students or professionals is fine, so long as they are reasonable and not too messy.
Would like at least a 12 month contract, not 2-3 month short lets.
