I made contract for classic ensuit room. But I cannot move in this room by private reason. I have to find replacement tenant for 24/25 because the initial cancel period was over. This en-suite room is 335pw. The tenancy is from 7/9/2024 ~ 19/7/2025. Total 15,075 poulds. But If you makes contract as my replacement tenant, I will pay ₤1575 privately. It means the fee is changed from 335pw to 300pw.

This is a brand new student accommodation in Bristol (BS2 8FU). It is near the city center. It takes about 20 min to the University of Bristol on a walk. This accommodation has good amenities such as a game room, cinema room and study room. The replacement tenant must be over the age of 18 and have the necessary student status.
