I'm looking for a flatmate to share a lovely two-bedroom Victorian house less than five minutes from Mill Road. The available bedroom is garden-facing, very peaceful, and quiet.
About Me:
I have been living in Cambridge for five years and completely fell in love with this house and garden. I work for the University and usually work from home two days a week. However, I use headphones and generally keep to myself, except for the occasional online meeting. I enjoy my quiet time but am always happy to share a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the garden. The house is LGBTQIA+ friendly! :)
The room is available from July 1st onwards.

The tenant will need to supply their own bed and mattress, but otherwise, the house is fully furnished.
Total costs, including rent, council tax, and bills, are £984.46 per month.
A deposit of £865 (last checked) is required by the letting agent.
