Flat share - 2 double bedrooms available

Hello! I am looking for two housemates who are associated with Cambridge University (post-grad/mature student/postdoc and above) to take double rooms in a lovely flat by the river. The let goes from end of July 2024 - to the end of June 2025. The flat has 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom between the two available doubles. I am a friendly flatmate, love my houseplants, cups of tea and bake off nights. I’m looking for people who are happy to socialise/watch tv together etc.

The flat is in CB5 near the Tesco superstore. There is a secure garage with a parking space and locked bike shed. The two rooms are furnished and cost £665 and £675 (for the slightly larger room) per month. This includes WiFi and a cleaner who comes twice a month.
