A single occupancy room with a single bed in it, wardrobe and desk with chair.
We have a 3 old bullmastif dog who’s very friendly and excitable. So you must like dogs. She’s protective of the house at nights and the people in it. Although good with people.
We are looking for working professionals only! No students! No DWP!

Who we are looking for
someone who likes to be part of a group as well as there own independence.
There is space to park your car or bike.
There is a bus route within 5 mins walk.
Security deposit: will be paid to reserve your room and a month’s rent up front before you move in, paid via bank transfer. No cash will be accepted.
