Double Room available in a 3 bedroom house in a great location.

- 2 minutes from the bus stop
- Less than a 10 minute drive to city centre/central train station
- 5 minute walk to Connswater shopping centre

I'm ideally looking for a female, young professional but happy to chat and see how we get on. I'm tidy and quiet and get on with most people and I enjoy the odd night out. I speak English and Cantonese fluently.

The bedroom is going to be basic but it will have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. We'll have a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and small garden to soak up some rays.
