Double room in shared house w/lovely garden

I'm looking for someone to rent the extra double room in my lovely bungalow in Belmont.

The bungalow is fully furnished, with lovely light and a big garden in the back, which is lovely in the summer. There is also a big garage and carport.

The bungalow is in Belmont which is a 10 minute bus into Durham city centre or a 20 minute bike ride. There is a bike/walking path close by that takes you to big Tesco, Dunelm, Lidl, etc. There is also a Sainsburys local less than 10 minutes walk away.

Rent is £550 a month excluding bills (gas/electric/water)- broadband is included.

I am a lecturer at Durham University and am ideally looking to share with another female young professional or post-grad. No undergraduates unfortunately.

The new tenant will have the bungalow to themselves a lot at weekends and during the summer/Christmas holidays as my partner lives in London and I spend a lot of time there. When I am in Durham I'm a bit of a homebody, especially in the week, so I'm looking for someone who is also happy to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and who is relatively social :)
