The bedroom

A double furnished (a build-in wardrobe, a double bed, a chest of drawers) bedroom available from 26 May 2024 in a modern building in central Brighton. The building has a lift, the flat is on the 2nd floor. It is a 2 bedroom flat, one of the bedrooms occupied by a young man. He is very quiet and travels a lot, therefore, rare in the flat.
We are looking for a single tenant or a couple.
The lounge, open- plan kitchen and a shower will be shared between the tenants. The flat has a washing machine.
The current tenant has its own toilet and a sink, but not a shower, hence the shower has to be shared.
The flat is 5 min walking distance from the Brighton Palace Pier, very close to Royal Pavilion, shops and restaurants.
