Sunny Central Attic Room

Hello! Looking for a friendly person to take the large, attic room in our house share, available 9th June.

The house is currently me, Trin, chef, artist, (25) and Darling, bartender, artist (24). We are queer, friendly, creatives who like to keep a clean homely space that we can relax in. We like to do our own thing but welcome crafty/film nights in and going to the pub together.

Hoping to find someone with a similar vibe and values: respectful, kind, excited to make the house a home.

The rent is £630 pcm without bills which come to around £150 pcm.

We have a responsive private landlord. The house is in a great central location just off North Street. The garden is a suntrap, the kitchen and bathroom are cosy but functional (and we have a bath!) The room itself is spacious and sunny. I love living here and I hope the new person will be equally enthused.
