1 Room available in quiet house central Brighto

Starting in the summer months but looking for someone longterm who wants somewhere homely, tidy and ideally who also loves gardening,

We are 2 warm, sociable women who are looking to share our Brighton home with 3 bedrooms with 1 other woman. This is a non-smoking house & so please do not apply if you smoke.

Melissa works in Brighton for a card company. My main home is in London but I do come to my Brighton home occasionally. Indeed, I have my own room there, You must like children as I will be coming with 2 4 year old children when I come.
Melissa is French and as she speaks French at work she would prefer to speak English at home

We have a shared sitting room, kitchen and covered over courtyard all on the ground floor. The covered over courtyard acts as an extra sitting and eating space. The house is on 2 floors with the bedrooms upstairs. In the sitting room is a baby grand piano which it would be lovely if someone wanted to play.

Your room is a single room which looks over the Courtyard and you will mainly have sole use of the downstairs bathroom apart from when I am there.. Melissa has her own ensuite bathroom so other than her guests she does not use the downstairs bathroom,
There is dry storage space in the attic if you need it.
