This is a lovely family home, we already have one flat mate. We are looking for a female.

You can have the room either for £650 per month full rent. Or you can have it at £320 reduced rent, if you walk my dogs 7 days a week in the morning (two of them, together for 30 min). I am happy to let you sleep in on weekends and you can walk them a bit later in the day. However, you must walk my dogs in the morning during the week, if you want a reduced rent.

Regarding the bathroom. We have several bathrooms in the house and you would share the family bathroom with Magda only.

We are 20 min walk from Billericay station and Billericay Highstreet and 5 min walk from the Coop and pharmacy.

I live with my two daughters and our flatmate (all female).
