Available mid-July, I have a fully furnished double room with its own bathroom in lovely 2-bed flat. My housemate is moving out soon, so I am looking for someone to replace him.

Situated on the 1st floor, the flat has a bright open-plan kitchen and living room, with a Juliet balcony. My current housemate has a desk in the living room for remote work, so you're more than welcome to do the same.

There is a concierge which is open 7am - 7pm.

It’s a 20 minute walk into the city and the nearest tram stop, Cornbrook, a short 10 to 15-minute walk away. Plus, you'll find numerous bus stops right outside the flat.

We're also situated directly opposite a large Sainsburys and retail park, with a JD gym.

Rent is £500 per month, plus bills.
Bills per month:
Council tax (band B): £76 each.
Internet, Elec and water come to about £130 each

Preferably looking for someone tidy, who enjoys a quieter and relaxed home. I am a creative person who works part time at a theatre and as a visual artist with an art studio in Salford. So a plus if you’re into museums, galleries, theatre, music!
