5 min drive or 23 min walk to The Royal Albert Edward Infirmary.
5 min drive or 15min walk to Wigan North Western railway station and Wigan Wallgate Station, so would be ideal for someone needing to commute to the Manchester city centre for work or anything else.
The bedroom to rent has a large mirrored wardrobe as seen in the pictures.
There is permit free parking on road.
