Myself and my housemate are looking for somebody to join our household and take on a small double room - available from July 1st 24 - June 31st 25.
We are student and professional both female aged 20 and 23.
We are looking for a female housemate between 18-26 and either student or professional.
Located in the city centre - room has beautiful view of the cathedral.
Rent is £475 PCM. Bills package to be agreed would be aprox be £150 PCM max.
£400 deposit and reference checks required before move in. Deposit is returned at the end of the tenancy.
House comes fully furnished.
Council tax applies to professionals only.
