Going to be away for a placement for 6 weeks and would like to rent out the room for the period 5th July to the 5th August 2024. Right next to Victoria Road with lots of shops nearby. There is a shared kitchen and living area and bathroom. Currently 2 students also living here, but one of the other girls will also be away during this period. Bills not included but usually around £20-30 for gas and electricity and £12 for Wi-Fi. Any questions, give me a shout!
