Living Room

The room/flat is fully furnished. A new shower room installed.

You will be sharing with a female, professional, who often stays in Stirling.

The flat runs like a tight ship and would ideally suit someone clean and tidy.

All bills included, however there is an assumption a to how much electricity is reasonable and anything over that will be payable. Happy to discuss this with anyone interested.

Sandwiched between ‘The Good Coffee Cartel’ and the Kinning Park Subway stop, there are also great transport links via bus, to the west end and city centre.

The Glasgow Climbing Centre, RESET yoga/Pilates & Glasgow Climbing Academy are all within walking distance.

It’s a great, quiet location, a stones throw from local amenities such as a small co-op and Tesco, with larger super markets nearby.

Parking is readily available and neighbours are lovely!
