I'm moving out! And behind me I leave two wonderful flatmates and 1 bedroom just by Kelvinbridge Subway station, a 5 minute walk from Uni of Glasgow and just on Great Western Road. The rent is £450 pcm and the bills come roughly to £50 pcm. It is Council Band D, and from September one tenant will be finishing as a student and therefore can split that with you if you do pay Council Tax.
An ideal flatmate is generally sound, open-minded and in their early 20s. It would also help if you were quite artsy, if only to navigate some of the unique decorative style of our rooms.
