Double Bedroom In Quiet Woodlands Flat

potential bedroom !

hi !! we’re beck (she/her) and fi (they/she) and we’re looking for a third for our woodlands flat!
we’re both 25 and going into our fourth year at uni, I’m studying politics and philosophy at glasgow uni and fi is studying sculpture at gsa.
our lovely flatmate is moving out after graduating, but unfortunately the cat refuses to pay rent so we’re looking for someone to fill the third bedroom.
the flat is in a great location just off GWR, so there are plenty of shops nearby and glasgow uni and gsa are 10 min walks away! we are on the second floor, so unfortunately it’s not super accessible.
ideally, we’re looking for another older student who appreciates a quieter vibe. we’re both very laidback people, and though we love a good chat and giggle we appreciate having our own spaces to retreat to. we’re both 420 friendly, so it’s fine if u don’t but just something to be aware of lol <3
as I’m sure you’ve noticed, we are living with a beautiful cat called Spike so you would have to be okay with him being around!
the room has all of the essentials - double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, drawers etc.
we’re hoping to find someone to move in around july/august for the academic year.
