Downstairs shared with two, open plan kitchen-lounge with French doors to the garden. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave...fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
Outside private parking space for two cars on the site of the house. Plenty of safe storage for bikes, etc.
Rent includes bills (wifi, utilities)and weekly cleaning of shared area.
Strictly non-smoking person, responsible for keeping own private area spotlessly clean, preferably professional with proof of income.
10min to University by car, 15min by bus.
First bus to Lancaster at 6.30 am. Also buses to Garstang, Preston, Blackpool.
