-Massive room in Loughborough town with Samsung AC and a massive Samsung TV.

-Shared accomodation with 7 other lovely flatmates who are all very clean and kind.

-I am starting a placement so the opportunity to take over my contract is available from the 16th of June to the 14th of September (2024).

-Shared bathroom with a lovely flatmate and she keeps the bathroom as clean as possible with lots of nice decoration in.

-Luxurio has lots of nice add ons including a gym, study areas, Xbox and PS5 with games and lots of other games like pool tables and table tennis tables included in the price! Lovely staff workers with lots of free events always going on and lots of opportunities to meet friends.

-The room is 13m^2 (massive room with so much free space) and a lovely aesthetic with a nice desk for doing work and a very comfy bed and mattress.
