I am moving to a new place with friends and need someone to take over my room. This is available immediately, with a short let option till September also available.

I'm offering a discounted rate of $800/month for a short let until September 1st.

After that, the rent will be $870/month if you choose to continue with a longer contract through the agency.

The room is available immediately and comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, dresser, bedside desk, and cupboard.

You'll be living in a 5-bedroom house with a shared kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a walk-in shower). The other four flatmates are friendly young professionals and students.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from Clapham High Street and Clapham Common and North stations. The high street has everything you need, including a large Sainsbury's, Iceland, pubs, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.
