Double Room in gorgeous, friendly, spacious house!

We are looking for a female to share with 4 others (2 females and 2 males) in a friendly, well decorated professional houseshare with cleaner and sunny patio garden ☀️🥂

THE ROOM;
- The room available is a large double room on the top floor right next to the 2nd bathroom.
- The room has two double wardrobes and plenty of space in the room for a small desk and chair for WFH.

THE HOUSE 🏠
- The house is non-smoking, and on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. It is also only a 2 min walk from the Common itself. There are loads of buses within 2 mins, and some handy bus routes are 87 and 137.
- Decorated to a high standard, there are 2 bathrooms, a separate lounge and a sunny patio garden.
- There is a very large kitchen which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, etc and the house has wireless broadband.
- The house is non-smoking, and on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. - We all met through Spareroom and get along really well. We enjoy socialising together but also equally have our own group of friends.

- We are all into our fitness and our evenings often consist of; running, the gym, football or tennis 🏃‍♀️⚽️🎾 - or even watching a good series on Netflix 😂.

THE BILLS
- The bills are all split evenly (gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax).
- Bills come to roughly £80 a month.
