Huge room in East Putney flat!

Hi! I am moving out of my fabulous, huge room in East Putney so am looking for someone to fill the room from mid June
/early July (dates somewhat flexible!).

About the room:
The room, is a massive, bright room that comes furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables (the storage is actually unmatched!). The mattress, desk and desk chair are mine but am willing to sell these for relatively cheap!

About the flat:
It is a 3 bedroom flat in a great location, right between Putney and East Putney station and gets a tone of natural light. Rent is £803 per month, with bills coming to around £80-100 per month. The flat also has a washing machine and a dryer.
- 3 minute walk from East Putney station
- 5 minute walk to Putney station
- Minutes walk from a Pure Gym, Waitrose and other shops.

About your flatmates:
You will be sharing with 2 amazing women, Ellie (Brit) and Lauren (Aussie) who are in their late 20s/early 30s. They are always up for a chat, glass of wine and watching tv together. Lauren is a teacher who works 5 days in the office and Ellie works in TV 1 day from home.

We are looking for someone who is laid back, tidy, fun and willing to be sociable but also someone who also has their own life outside the flat too!
