2 Double bedrooms to let in a nice cosy house with a large shared dining/living area and a spare room/office.

The current tennants are moving out at the end of may, so a new chapter starting in June, a great chance to secure a lovely home! 😊

Happy to rent to individuals or organise a deal for a family £850pm would get the whole house. 😊

The house is close to the train station, so access to Pontypridd, Cardiff etc is super easy, there's a leisure centre with a swimming pool just down the road, the taff trail cycling track and Bike Park Wales just round the corner and it's 5 mins from the A470 without being in earshot! It's a really convenient spot.

There is parking at the back of the house, and a terraced garden with a BBQ and little herb garden.

I'm looking for friendly, tidy professionals who will look after the house, ideally active people who like house plants, and cooking, nice vibes. 😊 Ideal for people working at the university in Pontypridd for e. g.

The large double at the front of the house is £450 pm for 1 person or £600 pm for a couple.

The second double is 400 pm and
There is a smaller bedroom at the back of the house which can be used as a spare room or office.

The tenants will be on an assured shorthold tenancy agreements, and be responsible for the bills.

As a guide, current bills are as follows, figures stated are total so will be divided between the occupants if there are multiple.

Water is metered but around £10/m
