I own a 2 bedroom flat in the Broughton/Leith walk area of Edinburgh and am looking to rent out my spare room during the fringe.
The flat is walking distance to all areas of the city and is just a few minutes walk away from a tram stop.
The room has a double bed with access to the living/dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom.
I also share the flat with my 3 year old cat called Olive.
