Hi I have a bedroom available in a house share with myself as a live-in landlord. Looking for ideally a young professional who will get on with me and the other tenant. Both of us living at the house at the moment are in our early thirties and young professionals (I work from home as a project manager and the other tenant is an event manager). We're both a bit nerdy so if you're like that you'll fit right in. We're both friendly and easy to get along with.

The room is furnished as per the pictures with double bed, set of drawers and wardrobe. There's lots of room for a desk or other furniture as well.

House has shared kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, oven, Fridge/Freezer, microwave etc inc pots and pans and cooking equipment etc. All daily living appliances are included. Large amount of basement storage for bikes etc as well.

The house has free on street parking. We are within 1 minutes’ walk to several convenience stores, a tesco express style shop called Pak Foods and takeaways. It’s about 2 minutes to bus stops for buses into town. It’s a half mile walk to either Forest or Noel Street tram stops. Within 1 mile of Pure Gym Basford, Aldi, Lidl, Asda and Sainsbury’s.

If moving in mid-month, happy to take deposit and rent until the end of the current month and then start normal payments of rent from the beginning of the next month if that makes things easier.
