Ensuite Room in North Court

I have an ensuite room available in North Court uni accomodation. The accomodation is located just off of North Road with access to all the amenities closeby. Cardiff Uni is just 25 minutes walk away. Cardiff Met is also close by. Ideal if you are going to both Cardiff and Cardiff Met. The room is an ensuite premium range 1. The room's size is around 13m2. The room comes with a 3/4 bed, ensuite toilet with shower room, a closet, and a huge desk with multiple shelves and underbed storage. The rent includes all bills, and utilities. I am looking for someone to take over my contract. The contract is until the first week of July 2024, but it can be extended over the summer and even into the next academic year. The room is nice and clean, very friendly and nice flatmates who are always up for a chat and a cuppa. The flat is quiet and tidy.
