Double Room- 4 mins to Hackbridge station

I’m looking for a Friendly Housemate. I have a lovely fully furnished Double room available in my cozy 2 bed home which is only 4 mins walk from Hackbridge station. It’s a perfect spot with great connections to Victoria, London Bridge , Blackfriars, Farringdon etc and is also only 25 mins walk to Wallington or 28mins walk to Carshalton if you’re up for a stroll.
About the room :
It’s fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and dressing table. It’s available for 15th June but if you need sooner I can see what I can do.
Rent includes all bills which include gas, electricity, water, Sky TV, TV Licence, Netflix and Broadband.
About the house:
It’s cozy but enough room for 2 people, with a spacious garden, patio and BBQ perfect for relaxing or having friends over. Property stays cool in the summer, which is a relief when it gets hot. Fully equipped kitchen and a comfy living room.
A little about me :
I’m a young 43, friendly and easy to get along with . Happy to share cooking . I have a small cat Bobbie so hopefully you’re pet friendly without allergies.
