We are a couple living in our lovely flat in Monkseaton but sadly are moving out this summer.
The flat will be available from approx 1st July on an unfurnished basis.
The flat is £850 pcm and to be let as a whole- not two separate rooms.
Bills are not included in the rent.

It's very close to great schools, the metro station and fab local shops. Park View is also only a 15 min walk away.

Pictures are from when we moved in, so currently has different furniture inside, but will be newly carpeted throughout ahead of move in.

The property has a front and rear garden, and parking is on the street out front.

There are currently cats in the household, but going forward pets will not be considered.
